Cy Waits is an American businessman and entrepreneur based out of Las Vegas, Nevada. Waits is managing partner at XS Nightclub and Botero restaurant inside Encore Las Vegas, Tryst nightclub at Wynn Las Vegas, and Drai's After Hours inside Bill's Gamblin' Hall and Saloon in Las Vegas.

Waits is also partner at Drai's Hollywood, a nightclub/pool/restaurant venue, located at the W Hollywood Hotel in Hollywood, California.

He has been honored with several accolades. Professionally, Waits has guided XS, Tryst and Drai's to numerous awards, including XS earning the No. 1 spot in this year's Top 100 ranking in the Nightclub & Bar Magazine's annual list. Tryst, a year after being ranked No. 2 in that same list, earned the No. 4 position in the 2010 Top 100 ranking. Drai's After Hours jumped six spots from No. 22 to No. 16 in this year's ranking.

Waits, his identical twin brother, Jesse Waits, and nightlife impresario Victor Drai received the ultimate honor last year when they were named Operators of the Year at the Nightclub & Bar magazine's convention.

This year, XS and Tryst are up for five more awards in the premier Club World competition.

Personally, Waits and his brother were named as part of Extra's "America's Most Eligible Bachelors" list, and are consistently named to some of the top fashion/best dressed lists nationally.

Early career

Waits grew up in both Hawaii and Southern California, but came to Las Vegas shortly after attending college. In 2001, the MGM Grand recruited Waits to manage Tabu Ultra Lounge. Waits then joined his brother, Jesse Waits, and Victor Drai as the three teamed up to redesign La Bete nightclub inside Wynn Las Vegas. The venue would become known as Tryst.
