Generally, media of this kind focuses on the interactions of one or more male characters with multiple females. Their content is always of a [[Wikipedia:pornographic]] nature, and may feature explicit sexual situations such as sexual intercourse and [[Wikipedia:heavy petting]], as well as [[Wikipedia:mammary intercourse]].
 
Bakunyu are also not limited to only heterosexual relationships, they may also contain some homosexual relationships/scenes, but only between females (as one would expect since this genre of media focuses heavily on women's breasts and their size).
